AlKoot offers two kinds of TPL policies: 

1. Premises Risks: commonly issued on annual basis on risks involving showrooms, offices and commercial places.

2. Project Specific: these are issued against contractual work performed by the insured for which the period can be less or more than a year.

Professional Indemnity Insurance: This policy indemnifies you for damage caused by the negligence of professional duties.

Policies can be issued on an annual basis as well as project-specific.

The policies cover the monetary amounts, including defence costs, that you are liable to pay to a third party following an action brought against you for any:

AlKoot can extend the policy coverage to include the Employer’s Liability in the case of bodily injury sustained by an employee. The action for damages is brought against the Assured in a Court of Law in Qatar.

This policy can be further extended to cover the incidental medical expenses following work accidents as well as repatriation expenses.
