To file a claim with AlKoot following an accident, please adhere to the steps
outlined below:
1. File a Police Report: Immediately report the incident to the police and
obtain an official police report.
2. Notify AlKoot: You can notify AlKoot through one of the following
Methods:
● In-Person: Visit the AlKoot office, where our staff will assist you in
submitting your claim.
● Email Notification: You may send the required documents
via email to claims-motor@alkoot.com.qa
● WhatsApp: You may send the required documents via WhatsApp to 50302000.
3. Required Documentation: When submitting your claim, please provide the
following documents:
● A copy of the Traffic Police Report
● A copy of the Vehicle registration (Both Sides)
● A copy of the Driving license (Both Sides)
● A copy of the Qatar ID card (Both Sides)
4. Once the above steps are completed:
Once you have completed the steps, the claims staff will notify you to take your
vehicle to an authorized agency/garage.
